**Key Responsibilities:**

- Curate and manage an extensive wine list, ensuring it reflects the quality and ethos of our restaurant.

- Provide expert wine pairings and recommendations to guests, enhancing their dining experience.

- Conduct wine tastings and training sessions for staff to elevate their knowledge and service.

- Stay updated on wine trends, regions, and producers to continually refine our offerings.

- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative pairings that highlight seasonal menus.

- Maintain the wine cellar, ensuring proper storage and inventory management.
